1. Orders

Any customer can place an order online, through our website or facebook page, by phone or physically at our facilities.

An order confirmation will be sent by email or by mail if the customer requests it. The order will only proceed to manufacture after confirmation by email from the customer.

2. Date of Shipment

On order confirmation, an approximate shipping date will be given. Shipping will depend on the stock available or the time required to manufacture the ordered items.

The shipping date may change but the customer will always be informed as soon as it is expected to change (both in advance and postponed).

3. Payment

Payment can be made by PayPal (secure payment), credit card, bank transfer, ATM at our premises or in cash (for purchases of less than € 1000) at our premises.

Other forms of payment may be available according to the customer's needs.

Payment is made as soon as the shipping date is confirmed.

4. Shipping

The order will only be sent after payment confirmation, so it may be different from the estimated shipping date if the customer takes a long time to make the payment or the method used for it takes time (please note that international bank transfers may take approximately 3 to 10 days).

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the items ordered and the postal code of receipt. Any customer can arrange transport with his favorite transport company if he so wishes or pick up items at our facilities.

6. Dimensions and Technical Specifications

You should take into account that, the dimensions of the articles mentioned on our website, may differ slightly from the actual article. Although the differences, especially in accessories, are minimal, they may not be compatible with products that have not been manufactured by us.

Our accessories are compatible with our products. At the time of purchase they must always indicate which product is associated so that we can verify that the correct item has been ordered. If you have not purchased the product here, you must tell us (by phone or email) the exact dimensions of the desired accessory.

7. Warranty

Our products are guaranteed for 2 years.

8. Complaints

The most important thing for us is our customers and that is why we always try to resolve any situation with the utmost urgency and as soon as possible.
